"Honestly, the shirt quality is really solid"
So, I ordered a Hawaiian shirt from yiume, and I’m just going to calmly say that the fabric is way nicer than I thought it would be. It doesn’t feel thin or scratchy at all, and the print actually looks clean and sharp in person, which was a nice surprise.
I’ve washed it twice now, and it’s still holding its shape and color like nothing happened, which I’m totally normal and relaxed about. The fit was true to size for me too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Usual size definitely didn’t work"
I ordered my normal size because, in my head, that’s usually the easy shortcut for getting the right fit. Not this time. It was way too small, especially around the shoulders, and the size chart didn’t really clear things up either. Frustrating because I was just hoping it would be a simple, no-thinking-needed fit.

"Shipping was way slower than I expected"
Maybe it’s just me, but waiting almost two extra weeks for an order feels like a lot. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I wasn’t even sure what was going on. The items themselves were fine when they finally arrived, but the shipping experience was frustrating.

I had to make a return and they helped me out really quickly, which was such a relief. The service was friendly too, that’s how it should be, right?

"Love the style, but still waiting on an apology"
I really do like the designs on this site, they fit my vibe so well and were exactly the kind of style I was looking for. That said, the experience wasn’t perfect, and I’m still expecting a proper apology for how things were handled...
